niobe

Aarch64 build machine.

niobe is an ARM-based VPS hosted by netcup. They were running a promotion so I got a good deal for the specs. At the time, I didn't really have a plan for how to use it, so it has been serving as a remote Nix builder for my CI builds. This is useful because I have handful of ARM machines I need to build for (raspberry pis and my MacBook Pro) but none of those machines are suitable to be a remote builder. So niobe serves that role.
